The warm water high-pressure suction cleaning system removes and recovers stubborn dirt with a maximum discharge pressure of 20 MPa and a discharge water flow rate of 16 L/min. It is capable of cleaning and recovering 100 to 150 m² per hour. The recovered cleaning wastewater can be separated into treated water and settled sludge by adding a coagulant and stirring it before letting it sit. It employs a powerful and durable diesel engine, and safety devices such as a thermal switch and float switch are used. The operation panel and hose connections are concentrated in one location, allowing for safe and easy operation. A lockable panel is used to enable emergency repairs without special tools during sudden maintenance. The engine radiator and power exhaust, along with double heating, achieve high efficiency, and by centralizing the cleaning process, it contributes to reduced working time and fewer personnel.
